Salam Saloom Radio, A Mission of Difference Community

We might have seen there are many radio station which broadcast through internet. But this might radio station that never you see before as it unique radio. Salam Saloom is a radio station that built by difference community, Moslem and Jewish community in England. The mission that brought by both of community is clearly just to make the relationship between Moslem and Jewish people can live together in concord.

It was found not easy to build a radio station there are many inhibitions such budget, equipment till organization. But at last this radio could be built in 1 February 2008. As we know Salam is kind of safety saying usually said by Moslem people meanwhile Saloom is kind of safety saying for Jewish people.

From this Radio we can listen some discussions talk about Islam and Jewish religious. Listeners also can participate in distributing new to the other listeners. It could be done by sending news to Salam Saloom radio, it can be through MP3 File then Salam Saloom will broadcast that news.

The other program which can be followed are music, listeners interaction and art and culture which are broadcasted from 15.00 to 21.00 o’clock.
