I didn’t see a model or Brand name for this antenna. What is it?
ANOTHER QUESTION: Do the BEST indoor ANTENNA REQUIRE A DISH SET-UP/ARRANGEMNT?
I absolutely LOVE this Digital Television thing; I can get one of my favorite PBS programs, MOST of my favorite TV programs are on PBS, and THAT makes me a convert …BUT (!) I continuously get those ANOYYING dancing Pixels/”Dancing Squares” OR NO signal …AND RECENTLY delayed responses to my programming certain stations. IS there any solution to these problems? CONSTANTLY replacing the antenna with another antenna, etc.? What is the problem? Will Digital Television improve on-it’s-own in time, OR what?

it is UHF-VHF-FM-HDTV ROTATING INDOOR ANTENNA W/ IR REMOTE CONTROL
You just need to rotate tuner to choose which TV signal you want. If you want to set it up, you can do this easy.
About your problem, it might caused by your antenna, do not replace it first, check it out to know your antenna condition
