Consideration In Choosing Digital TV
When February 17th 2009 has come surely there are many people who will leave their TV analog to digital TV. In order to get satisfy in watching digital TV we must selective in choosing Digital TV set, like the Ratio, size Image quality, input and connection, and Display style.
We can select widescreen format that most use in DTV and HDTV formats. We can select 4:3 widescreen or 16:9 widescree. Then into the size of TV set also can be the aspect in choosing Digital TV. To do this, divide the size of TV with 2 and 3. For example when you find that the distance of TV set is 84 inches we will get 42 inches and 28 inches. So you can choose TV size between 28 inches-42 inches.
Then in finding best of image quality we must specified with HDTV, EDTV or STDV. For HDTV it is better if we use 720p or higher, EDTV better if we use 480p or higher and 480 or less is better for STDV.
For better image and feature sources, it is recommended that your Digital TV set is included with one digital input at least and included with multiple HD inputs.
Display style also need to be notified in order to get better view. Select one of types below:
- Flat Panel. This type has maximum screen size until 100″ and deal for your family rooms and tight spaces
- Direct view. with 34″ it has good brightness, good viewing angel, contrast and can be placed in every room
- Rear Projection. This type has large screen and maximum size 100″. Suitable for recreation rooms
- Front Projector. This type has almost unlimited screen, that’s why we can see picture as well as in movie.
By these Aspects you can decide which Digital TV that suitable with you.
